What's Included
✔️ Unlimited classes for 14 days – Train in our studio as often as you like, with access to our unique hybrid fitness methodology developed by Physiotherapist and Studio Director, Elise Badger.
✔️ Private Reformer Session – Start with a 1:1 so we can talk through your goals, teach you how to properly engage your core and give you a personalised path to strength.
✔️ Coaching Call with Elise Badger – Speak directly with our Physiotherapist and Director, to map out your goals, uncover what’s been holding you back and find a sustainable way forward.
✔️ Guided Support – Our caring instructors meet you where you’re at, help you feel safe, and show you how to build strength, core stability and confidence.
