What's Included
✔️ Pick your training frequency – Train in our studio at the rhythm that works for you, twice, three times or unlimited per week. Explore our unique hybrid fitness methodology developed by Physiotherapist and Studio Director, Elise Badger.
✔️ Small Group Classes – Our small classes feel more like personal training, so you’ll never feel lost or out of place. We train you where you are at, not where the program says you should be.
✔️ Phone Call with one of our Team – We’ll give you a quick call to check in, answer any questions and help you feel comfortable and ready to start your 28-day journey.
✔️ Guided Support – Our caring instructors meet you where you’re at, help you feel safe and show you how to build strength, core stability and confidence.

Unlimited classes (up to 6x per week):
