The Winter Solstice Retreat
Two hours of movement and recovery.
Longevity is the heartbeat of what we do. What better way to inject something special into your winter, to reset your physical and mental health, than to enjoy the powerful, restorative combo of mobility and contrast therapy?
Sunday 19 July: 3pm, 4pm or 5pm
Take a moment this season to reset with us for The Winter Solstice Series. We are bringing The Sauna Project back to the studio. Join us for an exclusive afternoon of intentional movement and deep heat therapy.
This year, we are shifting our focus from high intensity to deep restoration. Your session begins with a 45-minute premium stretching and flexibility masterclass on the reformer, designed to lengthen the body, release winter tension and improve mobility. Classes will be guided by Elise Badger, Physiotherapist and Director of Ahua Studio. With Elise only teaching 3 - 4 highly sought-after classes a week, this is a rare opportunity to move under her expert clinical guidance.
Following your practice, step into the beautiful wood-fired sauna and cold plunge pools brought to you by The Sauna Project. Spend an hour transitioning between fire and ice to flush toxins, quiet the mind and reset your nervous system. To support your recovery and keep you hydrated throughout the contrast therapy, complimentary electrolytes and warming herbal tea will be provided.
This series is for those feeling the weight of winter - tired, tense or disconnected from their bodies - who crave a reset that blends alignment and clinical movement with stillness and the powerful contrast of heat and cold to revive energy from the inside out.
