Who is the "typical" Āhua Studio athlete? While our community spans ages 30 to 70, our clients generally fall into two categories. Though their goals differ, their need for expert, technical movement is the same.

1. The Rebuilder
Maybe you’ve lost faith in your body after an injury. Perhaps "niggles" and persistent aches make you nervous about the local gym. You aren't looking for a "rehab facility" - you want to feel strong again, but you need to know you’re safe.

  • Why Āhua Studio? Our instructors have direct access to our Physiotheraphist Director to workshop modifications specifically for your body.

  • Personalised Support: For those needing a more tailored start, you can book 1:1 Reformer sessions with our trained instructors to build your foundation. Additionally, Physiotherapy appointments are available to address clinical needs and bridge the gap between injury and peak performance.

2. The High Performer
You are the "elite weekend warrior." You might run, cycle and compete. You know that to stay at the top of your game, you need to prevent injury and maximise your physical durability.
