ReFIIT Teens is a physiotherapist-designed programme that fuses reformer Pilates and HIIT in a non-competitive, body-positive space, helping teens target these challenges head-on while building strength, confidence and a positive relationship with movement.
Our expert trainers deliver functional strength sessions that respect and support the developing body and mind, helping your teen feel empowered, supported and strong.
