Reformer for Men

You hit the gym, you lift heavy, maybe you even smash out some cardio. But when was the last time you checked in on your flexibility, core strength, and mobility?

Reformer Pilates is not just for women in Lululemon. It’s the missing piece of your training—building strength where you’re secretly weak (yeah, we said it). Lower back pain? Tight hips? Dodgy core? This term course will focus on the stuff you ignore.

This programme is designed specifically for men and will get you moving, feeling and performing better in a way your usual routine doesn’t. Think of it as an investment in your body, because staying strong, mobile, and pain-free as you age? That’s priceless.

The Details

  • Duration: Term program, 10 week course (no fluff, no contracts)

  • Format:

    • Reformer Pilates 45 minutes, small group session 

  • Location: 32 Victoria St, Cambridge (enter via the laneway off Commerce St)

  • Schedule: Tuesdays 6pm

  • Cost: $30 per class with one freebie on us (full payment due before course begins)

Pilates is for men too

Each workout is designed by our director and physiotherapist, Elise Badger who’s seen it all when it comes to guys thinking Pilates is too easy, too hard or just plain awkward. Spoiler alert: it’s none of the above

You’ll work muscles you didn’t know you had, break a sweat you didn’t expect, and walk out feeling stronger, looser, and ready to take on anything.

This isn’t about replacing your training, it’s about filling the gaps. No more ignoring mobility, flexibility, or that weird lower back twinge.
