At Āhua Studio, we don’t just "work out". We train for longevity. Founded by Physiotherapist Elise Badger, our signature ReFIIT methodology is the bridge between clinical movement and high-performance fitness. We’ve stripped away the "fluff" of group fitness to provide a guided, personal training experience that celebrates what your body can achieve.

The ReFIIT Fusion
Our 50-minute signature formula. You get 30 minutes of Reformer Pilates for core stability and mobility, followed by 15 minutes of functional intensive interval training for cardiovascular health.
Personalised Community
We cap our classes at 8 people.
